Journalist Jonathan Pasetti recently had a conversation with the now young teen on TikTok, where she confirmed the occurrence but said she did not want to come out because ‘people would be angry at her.’
In the video, you can see the hand of Joe Biden reach across the Piacesi’s shoulder, then move to her chest, and then Biden’s index finger and thumb make a pinching motion.
After the movement, you can see Piacesi move away abruptly, obviously discomforted.
