Two Las Vegas teenagers were recently taken into custody and charged with murder after a hit-and-run incident resulted in the death of Andreas “Andy” Probst, a retired chief of police for the city of Bell. The tragic incident occurred while Andy was riding his bicycle in a residential area.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, an intentional incident took place on August 14 in a residential community near Tenaya Way and Centennial Parkway, approximately 16 miles away from the Las Vegas Strip. Officers responded to the location shortly after 6 a.m. and discovered the 64-year-old cyclist, Andreas Probst, with severe injuries that posed a threat to his life. Probst was immediately transported to UMC Trauma, but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries and passed away.
Subsequently, on August 29, LVMPD detectives became aware of a viral video on social media capturing the fatal hit-and-run incident. The footage was recorded by the teenage passenger of the involved vehicle.
This video is still viral today as the teens make their first appearances in court, as some Twitter users have begun to notice a strange trend with family responses when incidents like this happen.
During an interview with reporters, the daughter of ‘Andy’ Probst emphasized that her family does not intend for this incident to fuel political or cultural conflicts. They firmly maintain that neither race nor her father’s profession played a part in this deliberate act of violence. Instead, they attribute the blame to the negative influences of social media and a decline in societal values.
Following the statement of Andy’s daughter going viral, calling on the public to not use this tragic event to stoke race or cultural relations, Twitter users began pointing out the lack of deviation between the language used in the response to Probst’s death and other events that involved interracial murder.
One user pointed to the Department of Justice’s CRS division, highlighting the mission statement which alludes to running interferrence during situations like this.
“In case you were wondering why the script is always the same, grieving relatives of white people killed by non-whites receive visitation and instruction from the Department of Justice’s ‘Community Relations Service’, which is trained to use moral guilt to coerce these statements,” the Twitter user posted with a screenshot from the Community Relations Division of the DOJ.
Another Twitter user responded to the post citing a different entry on the DOJ’s community relations page about racial tensions in populations that used to be majority white but are becoming minority white because of immigration.
“When a white man (Donald Giusti) was killed by a Somali gang in Maine in 2018, the DOJ’s ‘Community Relations Service’ immediately swooped in to “ease racial tensions”. The Somali man convicted was sentenced to only 9 months after pleading no contest to criminal negligence,’ the Twitter user wrote.
It appears to be the case that the DOJ’s community service department has offices all over the country currently.
Another user implied there is a division similar to the DOJ’s CRS abroad to respond in like-fashion when interracial violence in Europe.
In what has come to be known as the ‘Nottingham Attacks,’ Barnaby Webber, an enthusiastic cricketer, tragically lost his life alongside Grace O’Malley-Kumar, a 19-year-old University of Nottingham student from Woodford, London. The devastating incident took place while the two friends were walking home after a night out, where they were both fatally stabbed. Later, approximately an hour after the initial assault, Ian Coates, a 65-year-old school caretaker, sadly met the same fate.
On 13 June 2023, a series of interconnected attacks unfolded in Nottingham, a city located in the East Midlands of the United Kingdom. During the early hours, starting around 04:00 BST, the assailant embarked on a violent spree that began with two fatal stabbings of university students in a street. The violence persisted with the fatal stabbing of a school caretaker, whose van was subsequently stolen. Eventually, the attacker was taken into custody by the police after deliberately driving a van into a group of people waiting at a bus stop, resulting in further injuries.
In a statement to a crowd chanting “diversity,” the mother of Barnaby Webber told the crowd not to use the incident to further racial tensions.
Mollie Cecilia Tibbetts, a student at the University of Iowa, went missing on July 18, 2018, while out jogging near her residence in Brooklyn, Iowa.
After a month-long investigation, law enforcement identified a 24-year-old man named Cristhian Bahena Rivera as a suspect in relation to her disappearance. Surveillance footage uncovered Rivera’s vehicle following Tibbetts during her jog.
Rivera eventually led authorities to Tibbetts’ body, which was discovered in a cornfield in Poweshiek County on August 21. He was subsequently charged with first-degree murder. On May 28, 2021, Rivera was found guilty of committing first-degree murder.
Finally, on August 30, 2021, Rivera received a life sentence in prison without the possibility of parole.
Directly following the public outrage about the story, with even Former president Donald Trump commenting on the incident, Tibbetts’ father released a statement via an op-ed in a Newspaper responding to the public and more directly to the Trump family.
“The person who is accused of taking Mollie’s life is no more a reflection of the Hispanic community as white supremacists are of all white people,” wrote Rob Tibbetts in an op-ed published yesterday in the Des Moines Register.
“To suggest otherwise is a lie,” he wrote.
“I encourage the debate on immigration; there is great merit in its reasonable outcome,” wrote Rob Tibbetts. “But do not appropriate Mollie’s soul in advancing views she believed were profoundly racist.”
It seems to be the case that when interracial incidents with white victims like this happen and go viral without the help of mainstream outlets pushing the story, the DOJ’s Community Relations Service swoops in to redirect the public narrative, and maybe even the message from the family.
If the incident fails to gain public attention organically, mainstream news outlets choose not to cover it widely, if at all.
“White Latino”
Similar to George Zimmerman labeled as a ‘white latino’ by media outlets after the death of Trayvon Martin, and similar to the thousands of Hispanic criminals in the US being labeled as white in crime statistics databases — one of two responsible for the murder of Andy Probst was labeled the same way.
As Twitter users pointed this out on the platform, the term “white latino” began to trend with thousands tweeting about the suspects’ first court appearance.
There are certainly ‘white latinos’ but Jesus Ayala definitely isn’t one of them.
As per a New York Post report, the teenage driver accused of being involved in a deadly hit-and-run incident with a retired police chief in Las Vegas reportedly informed the local authorities that they would be released and back on the roads within a month’s time.
“You think this juvenile [expletive] is gonna do some [expletive]? I’ll be out in 30 days, I’ll bet you,” Ayala told the cops, according to KLAS.
“It’s just ah, [expletive] ah, hit-and-run — slap on the wrist.”
At the time of his statements, Ayala had not been informed by the police regarding any charges related to the hit-and-run incident. His arrest was solely based on an existing warrant and obstructing a peace officer, as stated by the outlet.
Currently, Ayala is detained without the possibility of bail at Clark County Detention Center. In addition to these charges, he faces a total of 18 accusations, which include murder, attempted murder, and grand larceny.

Interracial Attacks Between Blacks and Whites
Americans have heard a lot about Anti-Asian attacks amid the outbreak of COVID-19 in the United States. Although these attacks have increased in recent months, they’re not the most common forms of interracial violence.
Data show white Americans are victims of interracial crime at a higher rate than any other group. In 2018, The Bureau of Justice Statistics released their survey of criminal victimization, breaking down 593,598 interracial violence between blacks and whites.
Black Americans committed 537,204 of those interracial felonies or 90 percent, while white Americans committed 56,394 of them or less than 10 percent.
In 2012-13, then-President Obama’s DOJ recorded that black Americans committed 85 percent of all interracial victimizations between black and white Americans; white Americans only committed 15 percent.
Furthermore, despite making up only 13.4% of the American population, black Americans commit more than double the amount of interracial homicides on white Americans, who make up 60% of the American population.
Recently, a 39-year-old Black man who was accused of shooting and wounding five people in Alabama and Georgia told police his assaults were racially motivated, and he was targeting White men specifically.
The case comes at a time when anti-white sentiments in America have risen exponentially, and coverage of these stories by news outlets is sparse.
Many Americans claim that there is a clear connection between the anti-white curriculum being taught in public schools across the nation and being spread by every institution, and the recent surge in black-on-white attacks and murders.
Following an Atlanta shooting spree, the man who murdered one woman and paralyzed another testified at his trial that he was motivated by beliefs he had acquired about white people at the University of West Georgia.
“I was trying to prove a point that Europeans had colonized the world, and as a result of that, we see a lot of evil today,” Thandiwe testified. “In terms of slavery, it was something that needed to be answered for. I was trying to spread the message of making white people mend.”
Thandiwe told the court that he had attended an event about racial inequality the night before his shooting spree, and he became furious.
Last year the NYPD arrested a black man for committing random hate attacks against White people. The man later confessed that he wanted to “kill all white people,” following his murder spree that resulted in the killing of 6 white people.
One of the more recent examples is a story about a man in Spring Texas who was viciously beaten by a group of Black teens at the Exxon convenience store in Harris County. One man shouted ‘Black Lives Matter,’ while kicking him in the face during the horrendous attack.
Only a couple of local news outlets picked the story up.
Last August, a black man who has committed as many as seven separate attacks on White pedestrians in Manhattan this month, calling one of his victims a “f—ing honky,” authorities said.
The suspected hate crime spree began at 9:10 p.m. on Aug. 9, on Fifth Avenue near 14th Street, police said. The suspect ran up behind a 56-year-old man and shoved him to the ground, authorities said.
The man attacked three people in a matter of hours on Aug. 14. At about 8:35 p.m., he slugged a 64-year-old woman in the neck and shoulder with a wooden stick as she walked on Greenwich Avenue near Eighth Avenue, cops said. About an hour later, he hit a 20-year-old woman in the back of the head with a brick on Wooster Street near Canal Street, cops said.
A state delegate for Frederick County, Maryland, recently proposed changes to the state’s hate crime law after a white man was fatally attacked by a group of black teens at a county fair. John Weed, of Mount Airy, was at the Great Frederick Fair with his family when officials say a 15-year-old boy sucker-punched him, without provocation. The teen and his 16-year-old brother had asked Weed for a dollar and he refused, according to prosecutors. Weed died the next day at age 59.
Last July police arrested a 17-year-old who authorities say was in a group of teenagers caught on surveillance video beating and stomping a man at the entrance to the Washington Hilton hotel near Dupont Circle.
The police report says as many as 10 male and female teenagers as young as 13 participated in the attack in the circular driveway of the hotel in the 1900 block of Connecticut Avenue NW, north of Dupont Circle and near Adams Morgan. A police spokesman put the number of youths at up to 14.
Last year, Minneapolis police reported 20 people have been arrested, 18 of them charged, in connection with two brutal mob-style robberies caught on tape in viral videos.
The suspects ranged in age from 15 to 27 and were charged with various counts of robbery relating to two vicious robberies in August in which mobs surrounded young men and beat them unconscious. Some suspects were charged with first-degree felony robbery, which carries up to 20 years in prison.
Brendan O’Brien, 24, told Fox News he was out celebrating his birthday in Minneapolis when he was surrounded by one of the mobs and then beaten. The video appears to show O’Brien clinging to his belongings until he finally was knocked out.
In August of 2021, a white Georgia high school student was brutally assaulted at a basketball game in an unprovoked attack while other students stood by laughing, and some jumped in to help in the beating.
“People actually applauded. I don’t understand that. I can’t even now understand it. I don’t know where the disconnect is with seeing someone get hurt and finding joy and humor. I can’t fathom that and it haunts me,” the mother of the student told news outlets.
Nicholas Cox, 16, was attacked at a school recreation center in Sugar Hill, and was left with a severe concussion, his jaw broken in multiple places, and whiplash.
After he was pushed down by one student, Nick got up to confront the attacker as another student blindsided and sucker-punched him which put him on the ground. Subsequently, others joined in on the beating.
Pamela Ahlstedt-Brown, a disabled Army veteran, told WAVE-TV she was trying to back out of a handicapped space at the local Kroger grocery store when she noticed a vehicle parked behind her, preventing her from exiting the space.
Brown described the passengers of the vehicle as four young black women in a Dodge car.
“I get out and I say, ‘Do you guys need any help?’ and she said, ‘F*** you, you white b****.’ I said, ‘Hold on, you don’t even know me,'” Brown said. “I said, ‘That’s fine. If you don’t need anything, that’s fine. I’ll get back in the car,'” Ahlstedt-Brown explained.
That’s when Brown was attacked, she told WAVE.
“I mean, they were beating me, and I was in a fetal position, covering my face, making sure they didn’t get my eyes,” she said.
A spokesman for the Louisville Metro Police Department at the time reportedly said detectives are investigating the incident as a possible hate crime.
According to another recent report, an elderly white man enjoying the sun in California’s Venice Beach, was hospitalized after a vicious attack near the Venice Beach boardwalk Sunday afternoon. Video from Citizen app shows police and onlookers surrounding a man in his 70’s who was injured when he was knocked to the ground.
According to police, the elderly man had lacerations to his face, a shattered cheek, and broken ocular bone in many places. He is recovering at home. Video shows the victim performing on the Venice Beach Boardwalk as a younger man walks past him before quickly turning and punching the performer in the face, then walking away.
The older man is later seen on the ground being tended to as he holds his head, cellphone video shows. The assault was reported around 12:30 p.m. in the 500 block of Ocean Front Walk, according to Los Angeles Police Department Officer Lizeth Lomeli.
According to a recent report by CBS News, a pregnant woman walking on the Peachtree Creek Greenway in Georgia was stabbed dozens of times in a random attack by a Black man.
The woman, who is 5 months pregnant, was walking with her younger child on Saturday afternoon when the suspect tried to start a conversation with her. As she walked away, the suspect proceeded to stab the woman in the back more than 20 times with a pocket knife.
According to another report by the Daily Mail, a father-of-three was shot twice in a random attack while out jogging on Saturday morning in Atlanta’s wealthiest neighborhood, Buckhead. Police say the suspect also opened fire on two other people, and mowed down a neighbor with his car.
22-year-old Gaelen Newsom was arrested by Atlanta police, and charged with attempted murder, three counts of aggravated assault and two counts of possession of a firearm during a crime in connection with the weekend crime spree.
In Fargo, ND, a 14-year-old White teenager was stabbed 25 times in what her father said was a random attack early in the morning on Friday. Arthur Prince Kollie, 23, was charged with murder in the attack, and Fargo police said Kollie has no permanent address.
The victim’s father established a GoFundMe in the wake of the stabbing. The father said his daughter was skateboarding at her mother’s house when she was attacked at random. He said his daughter was beaten, strangled, and stabbed 25 times in the attack. She did not survive the attack.
Another attack at a grocery store left an elderly White man fighting for his life.
While walking down the aisle in a Kroger supermarket, the 60-year-old man was randomly attacked from behind by a young Black man.
He was beaten so badly, he had brain hemorrhaging, and several broken bones.
These are just a few of the hundreds of thousands of Black on White attacks that have occurred just within the past few years.

In 2020, Kori Ali Muhammad confessed the motivation behind his mortally wounding of three white males during a targeted shooting spree in Fresno, California. Muhammad told officials that ‘he wanted to kill white men.’
According to his social media posts, Muhammad expressed a strong dislike toward “white people” as well as government officials. He made reference to “a race war against whites,” the evils of “white devils” and being a “black soldier.”
Hundreds of black Americans praised his actions on social media following reporting of his attacks.
In 2017, Emanuel K. Samson targeted a white church with the goal of killing white churchgoers. The black man suspected in the 2017 mass shooting at the Antioch church, went there “with the intent to murder a minimum of 10 white churchgoers.”
Deputy District Attorney Amy Hunter said he left a note on the dashboard of his vehicle explaining his frustration about reports of white nationalist attacks and outlined his plans to retaliate.
The note said “Dylann Roof is less than nothing,” and referenced “the blood that 10 of your kind will shed … in terms of vengeance,” according to portions Hunter read out loud in court.
Police say Samson fatally shot Melanie Crow as she was walking through the Burnette Chapel Church of Christ parking lot after Sunday service, and then shot and injured several others.
Various black nationalists have also been emboldened by this sort of rhetoric, especially when it comes to the statistically false narrative of the Black Lives Matter movement. There are countless examples that the national media chooses not to cover widely, but here are just a few:
- Micah Xavier Johnson, who killed five police officers in Dallas, was increasingly drawn to black nationalist ideology and attended several meetings of the People’s New Black Panther Party.
- Gavin Eugene Long, who killed three officers in Baton Rouge, said he belonged to the Washitaw Nation, an obscure black nationalist group that claims ownership to the huge swath of the United States obtained in the Louisiana Purchase on the belief that they are descended from a U.S. indigenous group.
