A man with an uncanny resemblance to the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has released a video wherein he announces “unconditional capitulation” to Russia before signing his decree into law.
This is, of course, is not the president of Ukraine.
The president of Ukraine is unlikely to surrender while the U.S. continues to pour billions into the war effort, money that is rumored to disappear into Eastern Europe, never to see reconstruction or the front lines of war.
