A Marine who was shot in the back in Times Square has been identified as the newlywed son-in-law of a current White House official. The bride’s dad, retired US Army Col. Jack Jensen, worked as the counter-terrorism chief under the Barack Obama administration, and now serves as the principal director for policy and strategy in the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Management.
Samuel Poulin, 21, married Jensen’s daughter Jacqueline Jensen, 23, during a May 22 ceremony at the Pinehurst Resort in Pinehurst, NC, according to information posted on social media. Poulin graduated from The Citadel military academy in Charleston, South Carolina last month.
Poulin, who was visiting the city from Northville in upstate New York to attend a baptism, was walking with his family Sunday night when he was struck by a bullet. He was rushed to Bellevue Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and is stable, police report.
As homicides and shootings surge across the US to the highest levels since the mid-1990s driven by police demoralization, the Biden administration has been continuously warning Americans about the threat of ‘white supremacy.’
Attorney General Merrick Garland recently amplified this narrative when he claimed that, in the FBI’s view, the top domestic violent extremist threat comes from “racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists, specifically those who advocated for the superiority of the white race.”
According to data from the department of homeland security and the GAO, white Americans are less likely to commit a terror attack than black Americans and Islamists. Aside from asian Americans, white Americans are also the least likely to commit a crime in general.
During a recent House Armed Services Committee budget hearing, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs Gen. Mark Milley supported the idea of ‘white privilege training,’ saying that people need to try to understand ‘white rage.’
The recent crime wave that has driven up homicide rates in some cities by triple digits, is not driven by white supremacists or even white people for that matter.
In Pittsburgh for example, a 65% white city, 96% of known homicide offenders were black. According to government data, over 50% of the homicides in the country and around 80% of the gun homicides are committed by about 4% of the population, black males aged 18 to 35.
The crime rate surge is driven mainly by a surge in crime by black Americans, due to police demoralization caused by the Black Lives Matter protests. Despite knowing this, the national news media and Biden administration continue to spread conspiracies about the threat by white people.
